by Asma bint Shameem đż ANSWERđż There are NO specific duaas for the month of Ramadhaan except the duaa that the Prophet sal Allaahu Alayhi wa sallam taught Aaishah radhi Allaahu anhu for the LAST 10 days of Ramadhaan. đShe asked the Prophet sal Allaahu Alayhi wa Sallam: âO Messenger of Allaah, if I know which night is Laylat al-Qadr, what should I say on that night?â He Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam said: Say: ۧÙÙÙÙ Ű„ÙÙ ŰčÙÙÙ Ù۱ÙÙ Ù ŰȘÙŰŰš ۧÙŰčÙÙ ÙŰŁŰčÙÙ ŰčÙÙÙÙ âAllaahumma innaka âafuwun tuhibbul âafwa faâfu anneeâ âO Allaah, You are forgiving and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.â (at-Tirmidhi -saheeh) Otherwise there are NO other duaas that are SPECIFIC for Ramadhaan. We need to make LOTS of duaa In this beautiful month, thatâs for sure. But the BEST duaa comes from the HEART. This is the time to POUR your heart out to Allaah. TALK to Him. CRY. BEG. SPREAD out your hands and SAY what you need to say and ASK what you need to ask. Develop a CLOSE relationship with the One Who LOVES you the Most, the One Who TAKES CARE of you the Most, the One Who KNOWS you the Most. The One Who can address all your problems and solve all your issues. Show Him how BROKEN you are and how much you NEED Him. BREAK this habit of âritualsâ and put MEANING into your ibaadah. Remember itâs about the QUALITY. NOT the QUANTITY. And Allaah knows best
