But call it whatever.... Good Friday, Black Friday, White Friday.... It doesn’t matter. The fact remains unchanged that Friday is the BEST day of the week, no matter what. 🍃The Prophet (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "The best day on which the sun rises is Friday. On it Adam was created, on it he was admitted to Paradise and on it he was expelled therefrom."(Muslim) 🍃And he (sal Allaahu alayhi wa sallam) also said: "Friday is the master of days, and the greatest of them before Allaah. It is greater before Allaah than the day of al-Adha and the day of al-Fitr." (Ibn Maajah; hasan by al-Albaani) The BEST DAY! Even greater than the day of al-Adha and al-Fitr! Can you imagine! 📌The Ulama explain WHY it is the best day: 🔹Al-Qaadi 'Iyaad said: "The apparent meaning is that these virtues do not mean that Friday is regarded as special because Adam was expelled on a Friday and the Hour will begin on a Friday. Rather it is meant to explain what momentous events took place and will take place on this day, so that people will make the most of this day to do righteous deeds, so as to attain the mercy of Allaah and ward off His punishment." What a beautiful explanation! Subhaan Allaah! So make the MOST of this special day and do as many do GOOD deeds as you can TODAY and EVERY Friday of your life. It’s a perfect 🧡chance to earn the pleasure of Allaah and have our sins forgiven. May Allaah enable us to make the most of all our Fridays and all of our lives. Ameen
